Refresh

Sometimes when I look out the front window, I wish I could just hit the "refresh" button and see something different like I can do on my computer.

This morning was one of those times.

Unfortunately, I have no one to blame for the snow but myself.

You see, I put away the kids' snowpants last weekend. I also stored their snow boots and washed their winter coats. While I knew that we might have another flurry or two before mid-June, I was certain that the blizzards were over and that mud boots and jackets would suffice for the remainder of spring.

The result of that logical train of thought was looking out the window this morning to see snow flying sideways and beginning to drift.

I love the view out my front window. I really do. But this time of year, I prefer it in shades of green.

Refresh.

I hope it's not coming our way here in ND. I too have put away the kids winter things. Boy is the wind blowing though, gusts of 48 mph!

I could use a little gust of cool air because it's 90 down here in Houston! By the way, I just love your blog.

Sorry for the snow... just keep reminding yourself that it *is* moisture!

Easy for me to say, right? It's all green and a balmy 90 degrees here in central Texas. Hey, at least you don't have to worry about tornadoes! Ha!

Oh goodness, that is wild! We had rain today...but it was a cold rain. It felt like winter. I came home after work and took a nice long nap on the couch! ;)

Oh honey. It's just wrong to have snow right now. I hope it warms up and melts right away. You need alot of green, in fact you're over due for the green.

oh yeah. I hear ya. Loud and clear. Ditto. It's been snowing big flakes ALL DAY up here. Only good part is that they melt soon as they hit the ground. And it does make for real good reading days =) That's me, the eternal optimist.
