Unusually warm fall temperatures have caused the cows to shade up in the afternoons.

Very soon, the shade won't be necessary.

In typical Montana fashion, the temperatures are predicted to go from 80 degrees a few days ago to lows in the 20s later this week. Snow is possible.

I think snow is the last thing on her mind.

But I know someone who can't wait.

Are You ready for snow yet?

I wish fall would last as long as summer seemed to, but I know we won't be too far behind you. Still looking for 3 coordinating Halloween costumes that will fit over snowsuits here in Minnesota!

Blessings, Whitney

I'm hoping we don't get snow early this year in Minnesota. My brother gets married November 1st and I have visions of the snowstorm of 1991 or was it 1992 where it started snowing on Halloween and snowed for 3 days dumping something like 3 to 5 feet of snow. My kids will be dressing up for the grooms supper and then Trick or Treating in my hometown. That will be pretty cool!

I heard there was a prediction for snow this week! Hopefully it all stays your way! We still have lots of crops to get out yet.
