A Day At The Spa

Cows are curious creatures. They like to sniff things: cats, rocks, dogs, and. . .

porcupines.

Luckily, the resident cow caretaker carries his pliers with him wherever he goes.

While she wasn't terribly keen on the idea,

she stood relatively still during the procedure.

In fact, toward the end of the ordeal, she was beginning to enjoy it.

I think she appreciated her own personal day at the spa, complete with a facial and a few moments away from the kids.

Poor thing! Made me want to kiss her right smack between those big eyes.

Your husband works so hard you must have to cook him a hearty meal for energy. What are some of your families favorite suppers? Rose

P.S. Mine like hamburger gravy, applesauce cake, lots of bacon and eggs etc.

Poor little curious cow! And I still claim that you are married to Tim McGraw. He gets even more handsome when he cares to tenderly to that poor cow...
Take care and have a great weekend!

omigosh! I'm surprised she was calm enough to get her in the chute in the first place. I would think a cow in pain might be a difficult cow to deal with! My husband says "no she looks calm, she's probably a calm cow." Yeah right! Wow. I hope we never have to do that job!

Lucky for the squeeze chute...we've had to pull quills out of our dogs over the years, and they don't like it too much!
