Dirty Jobs

DSC02892
The dog was babysitting today, but as you can see, his eyes were closed nearly the entire afternoon.

DSC02927
Meanwhile, the kids were making roads.

DSC02887
They were trying to figure out why the bucket wouldn't hold dirt.

DSC02924
They were building dams.

DSC02901
They were hauling water.

DSC02915
They were sabotaging their siblings' hard work.

DSC02885
They were wondering why their mother didn't comb their hair out of their faces today.

DSC02913
They were working as a team.

DSC02904
They were getting dirty.

DSC02918
And damp.

DSC02930
And muddy.

That dog is so fired.

I think the oh-so-cute Border Collie did a wonderful job. Looked like the kids were having a lovely time.

Brings back good memories of myself, several pieces of Tonka machinery, one little sister (Erin), two trusty canine companions (Ned and Amy), and a large spot in Mom's garden!!

Well, the dog may not be a good babysitter but he took some fantastic photos!

I just LOVE your photos. They really tell such a fabulous story, even if you didn't add the wonderful comments.
PS It's always nice to see kids being kids. :)

Hey, no wolves got 'em! Doggie's idea of "quality day care" is just different from yours LOL!
